When the optimal training load moved down alot it might be the moment I swapped from the vivoactive 3 to epix 2. But why did itdo that.
Now I'm in serious overtraining but a few weeks ago that would have been in my optimal range.
For info: The days my training went down I haven't been training because I have been sick.
Any ideas? My Bodybattery is at 98 today, my training readiness is ok, I get daily workouts suggested.
Everything else says ready for training. Just this page shows trainingload is far to high.
