Hi all! Quick question - so I have my GCM calendar populated with all my upcoming events, including a weekend in May where I have a 5K on Saturday and a full on Sunday.
When I pull up the daily workout suggestions on my Epix2, is it taking into account both upcoming events and making daily suggestions based on the combined upcoming race load that I’m feeding it, or is it only giving me suggestions to train towards the immediate upcoming event (i.e. the earlier event, the 5K)?
I ask because it feels like the ramp up workouts are too short, and if the answer is just removing the shorter event and keeping only the longer one in the calendar, I’d rather fix that sooner than later.
