body battery low

Body Battery is largely stress dependent. Look at your avg sleep stress score, it might hold the answer. 

You can "reset" your Body Battery by not wearing your watch during sleep for a night. When you put on your watch in the morning, you'll get a new estimate. 

I know that but a good sleep score would mean low stress so why didn't my body battery rise more after a good night's sleep. My routine hasn't changed. 

You can have a fair stress score and still get a good sleep score. Check your sleep score tab in GCM.

Already have there was low stress for most of the night. 

Here the same... always 20% (or so...) in a entire week .... then i power off watch all night  , and put again other day at 15.00 , and tell me 50% (IS a nonsense) ...

You must wear the watch continuously so that the values for the body battery can be calculated.

 then i Will dead in the Next few hours... ha ha ha

Hahaha, obviously you think the values can be captured quickly.

You have to give the watch some time to "get to know" you.

Wear the watch a few days during the day and night. Make sure you have entered your values correctly in Connect. So gender, weight and most importantly your maximum heart rate. These values must be correct.

And as with any sports watch, you need to make sure that the watch fits well. The wristband must have good contact with the skin. The watch must not wobble around on your arm and should not lie on the bone of the wrist.

the watch is firm and hr works perfect...  once in this six months i get 80% (that was a normal day, normal sleep, normal all...was like a surprise) watch always said i need  a extended time for recuperación because a lot of activity (maybe eating barbecue on a chair all day)....

i start to think this watch only tested with sport and Young people... not old, fat, and not sport people...

speed of swim? (asking in Connect) i do not know swim

my Max hr? maybe 125 130... i do not know...

but of course now i do not have 5%,  30% Will be more correct, but 30% was at 7 am... at this hour i take  a breakfast, and go to bed again and sleep to 10 am... of course watch do not consider this was a sleep...  aarghh....
