TopoActive Europe Map Update or Delete Amaericas Courseview ?

Dear All

New to the forum, so apologies if Ive got this in the wrong place.  Hope someone can help.

Just in the process of updating my maps...  it appears the TopoActive map for Europe has suddenly increased in size from 11.5 to 12.5 GB, which means it no longer fits on my EPIX 2.  (I have the 16gb version)

I live in the Netherlands and travel regularly in Netherlands, Germany etc.... so the concept of downloading only one third of Europe is a bit of a non-starter.    (seems like a really weird way of implementing map selection, obviously by someone who doesn't use Garmin products)

Seems like deleting the courseview img file for golf in the US could be an option.  thoughts ?

    I have recently bought the 16GB version and went to download Europe but don't have sufficient space for the download! This was the reason I went for the 16GB product...am I into manually deleting files - as I don't even have an option to download a region of Europe / country?

    Hi, I've deleted all the courseviews that I don't need. Do it from the explorer. Doesn't cause any problems at all , saved myself over 1gb of space.

    Before deleting them just do a copy and save to your pc if you want to put them back. Now I have all of Europe on my Epix gen 2 16gb. All working fine. Phil.
