Quatix 7 - Health Snapshot Glance is Missing

Please update your watch to software version 11.28. It is now in full release for your Quatix 7 series watch too. After updating, double check Health Snapshot. There is no logical reason for it to be missing from your watch. You should be good to go.

thanks for getting back. Just got 11.28 right this afternoon. All working well so far ... but the glance is confirmed missing. Can't find it anywhere on the watch nor on Garmin Connect. Anything I can double check under your guidance?

Check your Activity > Other folder to add the Health Snapshot APP but there should also be a Health Snapshot Glance to be added too when you go to Edit and +Add in your Glance menu.

I'm sorry I didn't mention: yes of course the Health Snapshot is available as an app/activity (and I'm using that), but missing as a glance which is quicker and simpler to use to only check the results. In my Fenix 7 I have both (glance and app/activity).

Did you try adding health snapshot to your glances on the watch?

that's exactly what I try to do but it's missing. I've done the same on my Fenix 7, but the Quatix 7 Sapphire seems to miss the item in the available glances list.

I am sorry you continue to not see the Health Snapshot Glance on your watch. With your watch being the only current report worldwide, either the Glance is missing from all Quatix 7 watches on v11.28 software or the other owners are not using the glance so no other reports have come in.

Please try the following. It is the only step that might resolve your issue if unique to your watch.
