Heart chart time error

Hi all, I have found that on my Epix 2, in particular on the heartbeat field, the graph shown does not correspond to the time and clock oven. Now Wednesday is indicated to me as 18:00 but it is not correct. I also performed a reset but the problem persists? Do you have any solution? thank you

  • I am sorry there is an issue. When your watch is not properly maintaining your OHR glance/widget when you review it, there is likely another bigger issue taking place with your watch. You mentioned a reset. There are a couple you can try.

    Please try the following:

    - Soft Reset: Hold down your top left button until your watch shuts off then let go of the button.

    - Reset to Defaults in your System > Reset menu.

    If your issue continues, please reach out to Outdoor Product Support in your region.

  • Same issue for me. Made a soft reset, reset to defaults - the issue still persists. The time zone in watches is correct, paired to phone, phone's time zone is also correct. What else can I do to fix the X axis?
