I understand that I can assign hotkeys to lock the device (I set it to Start+ Down)
However, in activity Snowboard, this only seems to disable the touchscreen, NOT the Start/Stop key
What I want is to prevent that even if I push Start/Stop full geared (with thick jackets) unintentionally, I dont stop the activity (which happened a couple of times).
I just want the Epix2 to run all day.... :)
Any solution for that?

I cannot reproduce. You haven't assigned the the lock-shortcut to just the start or maybe just the back button, which is easier to unlock by accident.
I have assigned the lock shortcut to back+up and only those. If I start the snowboard activity and then press those two buttons to lock the device, everything is locked till I press those two buttons again…
