I bought my Epix Gen2 a month ago. The problem is, that the watches does not record pool swim data ... distance, count of pools, pace, swolf. Aktual SW 10.44. I updated the watches on Garmin Express, the pool length is set correctly, I restarted the watches, than I did factory setting. And unfortunately without change, they still do not record swimming. Furthermore, after completing this activity, the data will not be transferred to my mobile phone, I have to refresh the Garmin Connect app first and only than will it happen. For other activities, it will happen quickly and automatically.... for exemple after running. I don't know what to do next. I am asking you for support.
