“Screen always on”greyed out.

Thank you for your report. I am sorry there is an issue. Other than yourself and RIPCRL, there are no other reports worldwide that have come into Product Support. There may be an issue with only your two watches but the issue should be able to be resolved through troubleshooting further. I have tested for any AOD issues with my own Epix 2 on v10.44 software and I could not replicate the issue. My AOD is working properly along with the settings that impact it.

Please try the following:

- Double check your watch settings.

1) If your Power Manager > Battery Saver is On, your Always on Display is greyed out in your System > Display menu.

OR

2) If your Display is set to Off in your CTRL shortcut menu, (long hold your top left button) your Always On Display is grayed out in your System > Display menu

If your AOD continues to be greyed out and it was not your settings, try the following:

- Soft Reset your watch by holding down your top left button until your watch shuts off then let go of the button.

- Reset All Default Settings on your watch through the System > Reset menu.
