Custom maps in KMZ

I loaded Custom Map (raster) in KMZ file in to Epix and noticed that I can only see it by too 300 m scale. If I choose 500 m or more I see only base map.

Yes, I've seen it also, but think the limit is depending on what resolution they are.

One map isn't working at all but is ok - I see it in BaseCamp.
