I would like ask if Running Dynamics Pod is good for walk activitis too? It collect parameters that Epix2 don't collect, but my old first smatwatch 10 times cheaper than Epix2 that uses Firstbeat too, do it so on. Question for Garmin: why Epix2 do not do that? Question for others: is it RDP good for me if I', not running too much, but walking on long distance and do it quite fast?

Unless you record the walks as runs. You can then change the activity type back to walking in Garmin Connect and the RD data will stay there. However…

I don't know with the new pod, but with an HRM-Pro, this doesn't work.
GCT balance is not recorded during walk periods, while recording a run activity. GCT balance stops when walking, then picks up when running again.

It does work. I just went out for a very short walk, taking my HRM-Pro, recording the walk as Run, and then changing it to Walk again in Garmin Connect. GCT Balance, as well as the other RD data, is there:
