Can someone please recommend a comfortable quality band for my Epix? Not looking to pay $100+ for a Garmin band. Thanks!

Nick Mankey Hook Strap, make sure you get one for Epic with removable hook because you can’t take off the pins on the Epix
I'm very happy with the Abanen Hook and Loop Quick Dry Watch Band.
also known as yooside - depends on which country you are in.
Also like how secure this hook and loop system is.
I just got this from Amazon. How long have you had it and how is it holding up? Thank you.
are they elastic and do they squeeze your arm ?
I tried an elastic band before but I felt you have to tighten it pretty hard for the watch to stay in place and then my arm feel squeezed
I am using a nylon scratch band at the moment and since it is just a bit elastic but not too much, is doesn't feel tight but it is
Not sure if I am understandable
No it doesn’t squeeze but it does stretch slightly when you pull hard on it, but I feel this is a good thing.
Songsier for me - got a 3 pack for equivalent of £5.99 each.
Thought I'd use them just during activities (the buckle on the standard strap annoys me when I tighten things up for a run) - but don't think I've used any of my rubber straps since. After each run I just rotate to the next one, so they get chance to 'air off', although thats just a habit - they don't really seem to hold any moisture or smell.
I've had it for 2.5 months. I wear it continuously, and run 3 times per week. Still looks brand new.
The one I have is not elastic. Feels very comfortable to me. I never notice it or think about it. Because it is hook and loop, you can adjust it to exactly the size you want. With the standard band, of course, you must choose one of the holes, and one may be a bit loose but the next is too tight.
I have 3, 1 I imported from Abanen, and 2 from Yooside - turns out no point importing Abanen as is exact same item including the packaging.
I have had mine for 4 months now and swop them around once a week - more frequently when I am in the water, as prefer to allow them to dry off the wrist whereever possible - and if activity has been intense and really sweaty will wash that night and then allow to dry - so 3 allows me to wash each night if required and give it 2 days to dry.
Haven't noticed any issues in terms of velcro, colour or edge degradation.Still all rock solid.
