Epix v2 latest firmware 9.36
Past nights everything detected fine, last night sleep stress level recorded ok (graph) but average shows as NaN on Web and 0 in Connect iOS.
Anyone else have/had this issue, what can be done?

I just checked my sleep stress levels, and as of September 29, they all display correctly. I related it to the new firmware version, but it could as well be related to some update within Garmin Connect…
remaining battery drain issues
fixed.

However, begin the countdown to the first post…
50% of my sleep stress readings have been zero since the update. These sleep numbers are very important to me and have been jacked up since one of the updates.
Unfortunately, I'm sure I will be called a troll for making that statement without picture/video proof.

What issue exactly? Ain't you glad there was no stress during the sleep? If you need some, set a buzzer a few times in the night, and see what it does with the graph. I could also send you my party-loving neighbors. I am sure it would help to get some stress into your sleep graph
without picture/video proof.
So why not post one then we can all see what the problem is? What software version are you on? Have you contacted Garmin Support?
How do I post a picture. I tried 'Insert' Image/Video but it fails to do anything.
But no - I didn't contact Garmin. My previous experiences with this have proved fruitless. I'm running version 9.36.
Not sure why it doesn't work for you as it works for the OP. I've also not had any problems. Just remember to click OK when you've finished.
I didn't contact Garmin.
They don't always respond but if no one contacts them they'll be even more unlikely to fix your problem.
In terms of Garmin, I've contacted them on 3 different occasions with three different issues. They were unable to fix any of them. My time is more valuable than this.
Back to the original topic: Changed browsers and got it to attach. As you can see the Stress is 0. This happens frequently. And I can say with high confidence that if I called Garmin to ask about this, they would have no clue how to resolve it. I'm not piling on Garmin and not creating a 'rant' of a post. It is what it is.
Op - is this your issue as well?
Seen this, also seen wrong averages and wrong ratings. 95% of the time, it works without problems, though. I think it might have something to do with GC, but I'm just guessing as I don't wear my Epix 2 atm (down button stopped working, replacement underway).

If your stress graph during the sleep looks like the one in the OP, showing only blue values, then it means there was no stress detected during the sleep. Blue values = rest (HRV stress < 25), yellow values = stress (HRV stress > 25). So if that is your case, just like in the OP, then you can stay relaxed - everything if all right with your sleep. It is only the Stress label on the Sleep Score screen, showing 'poor' for no stress, that is wrong.
However, if there are no values at all on the stress graph - neither blue nor yellow, then it means the HRV could not be measured. There may be a number of reasons for that - from a device failure, dirty sensor, too loose or too tight wristband, wrong position on the wrist, peripheral vasoconstriction, sleep apnoe, too much movement, medication, up to an implanted pacemaker.
You can also try soft-resetting the watch - sometimes, especially after firmware update, some registers and parameters may get misaligned, and may cause problems in some of the functionality. It is always advisable to do the soft-reset after each firmware update, or in case of any issues with the watch functionality. On most Garmin models, you can do the soft-reset by holding the Light button for some 20s till the watch shuts down, and then restarting it.
2nd night in a row with NaN average in GC Web and 0 in GC iOS.
Stress level is measured all-right, there are values in there but the average calculation is messed up for some reason.
It does detect it as "fair" but there is no avg. value to it.
Somehow i think could be related to the GC outage from 2 days ago?
Since Sunday night i get those "0 avg" values.
Garmin-Jimmy is there a known issue with this?
Here is an example from last week, where it tracked the average fine (albeit with a Venu 2):
It's interesting that your 0 (zero) Stress score reported as Fair, while mine reports as Poor. I have tried/considered much of what TRUX listed above, but I'm convinced it has something to do with the upgrade. For health reasons I was monitoring this value every single day (one of the main reasons I bought the watch). With 8.37 I NEVER saw a zero value - sometimes I wished I had. After the upgrade I'm seeing it 50% of the time. I've cleaned/rebooted/tightened my watch - no change.
