The charger is not staying in the watch. It is totally loose and just keeps falling out.
Anyone else had this problem?
The watch is only 9 months old and will be getting returned as this looks like a major fault to me.

This happens with all garmin devices with the same stupid charge connector. Dcrainmaker complains it disconnects when his dog farts.
What might help is buying a new, none garmin!, cable. Those are cheap…
I found that its the metal shroud on the connector has deformed, possibly by being twisted during disconnection. A gentle squeeze with a pair of pliers did the trick for me. Not sure how long this repair…
I bought a bunch of different charger adapters on Amazon, most work ok but this one works very well, clicks into the watch at a 90 degree angle...the ones I buy are all USB-C capable since I hve a ton…

Guess garmin marketing is more interested in adding total body workout resting recovery altitude random number feature than improved charging that actually works.
This is often a cable issue. Garmin OEM work great as a replacement, but are relatively expensive. Replacement alternatives are plenty online and cheaper. Some plug well, some don't. I have had bad luck when replacing the Garmin OEM cables. Recently I bought the Ruentech "pluck" charger (pack of 2) and it attaches solidly.

I have the same problem. It seem to me to be the connector on the watch itself that is the issue. We have several garmin products in the household, and other cables are also loose in the Epix, while they stuck as supposed to, to forerunners an venu2. I have sent an email to garmin support.

Have you asked for one?
