EPIX 2 ! Problem buttons LIGHT and BACK LAP

Hello everyone! I have a problem with EPIX 2! The LIGHT and BACK LAP buttons sometimes work, sometimes they don’t (((Has anyone had this? And what should I do ???

Same thing just happened to me too. Lap/Back button is unresponsive and then the Menu/Up button has died too in a matter of several minutes. Watch is made redundant, and I don't even swim with this watch…

In Europe, 24 months warranty is mandatory by law on all consumer goods, Apple's devices included :-)

I’ve been able to make an hard reset (which has been a coincidence, considering that typically the reboot loop cannot allow any reboot activity): will see how long will last, but I’m not optimistic……

I had the epix pro 47mm sapphire. Used in a chlorinated pool twice before having problems.

OOOOOOOOOKKKK, after 1 year (!), today my 3rd replaced epix get stuck in reselt default settings loop for back/lap button problems. Already talked with GA, already started procedure for substitution... Will be the 4th epix. Will be the final lucky one?

Person from GA was well aware of the problem, immediately asked me if I was using it for water sports...

I swim 2-3 times/week in swimmingpool, NEVER press buttons under the water and always rinse it after training.

Very disappointing, in one way or another this will be the last Epix I have. If problem will be definitively solved, ok. Otherwise I will look for others. Waiting for replacement, I'm going now back to my old AW series3 which never had a problem and still works perfectly. It's so sad since Garmin is perfect to track all my running/swimming trainings and trekking activities.
