Steps streak resets after 60 days

i'm sorry, but I couldn't find any button to submit a bug in the relevant 9.xx discussion.

I am on Epix 2, v.9.33.

After 60 consecutive days of reaching my step goal, my watch suddenly says "Streak: 0".

Once you hit the goal for the day it will show the streak number correctly again. It only shows a 0 it early in the day before you have hit the daily step goal.

I think there is something wrong with the backend service/system that drives this number on the Epix. There was an system outage late on 08-Sep and that's when the streak number on my Epix reset to 0 …

There's no open beta, so bug reports go in the regular non-beta device forums. 9.33 has been out as a stable release for a couple of weeks now.

Hi, I am on Fenix 7x and streak shows 0 eventhough it is 207 now (correctly calculated in garmin connect). Each and next day I meet goal, streak on watch keeps indicating 0. Previous Fenix 7x was showing streak correctly, but after warranty replacement new one is stuck on 0. All historical data is correctly synced, but the streak stays 0. Did you find fix?

Thanks. I escalated this with Garmin also and awaiting response. Will share when they come up with solution/ideas.

Same here, since 3 days my stepdays are on zero and does not count anymore. I was on 17, so nothing special. It’s a bug I think

I am in the same boat, step streak shows zero (v9.33)
