You sure it is from the metal? I have the leather band and no marks. Could it be that you sweat a lot, wear the leather band while doing activities or got it wet? Just asking because that doesn't look…

Hi,I don't know if is the metal buckle but the stain is exactly in that area. No, I don't use the leather strap when doing activities. I have the Gen 2 version with the two straps (leather and rubber).
So do I - that's why it seams strange. Also, the metal pin on the buckle is smaller. than that mark.

- I send another mail at 16 September 2022 ->Salvatore Buffa Product Support Garmin Italia ask me to send the photos, I send it and I indicate the link of this forum with my experience.
-I waiting 11 days but Garmin Italia don't send me no other communication
- I send the third email on 27 September 2022 and I ask again support for the problem of stains on the strap and I have reported the link of another user of this forum who received assistance from Garmin for just the same problem (I add the link below)

I don't really understand what Garmin Italia doing.
If u see m history at 16 september 2022 Garmin Italia ask me the photos. I sent as requested photos and also said that there were experiences on the Garmin international forum of other users who have had support from Garmin in their countries, but since then, after 24 days I have never had a reply from Garmin Italia.
I'll try to call over the phone.
