Titanium Bezel changeable?

It looks to be a separate piece, so very likely though how easy to find and replace yourself is another story. Garmin could probably give you a price to do it. But great to see that it did its primary job in protecting your screen.

thats really the strange thing, the screen isn't destroyed, so you need no screen protectors himself

Have you tried to contact the official Garmin support service in your country ? In my case I have destroyed the bezel and the scrennof my Forunner 955 caused by a crash with me bike. The watch was out of the warranty period. Garmin replaced the watch with a new one for only...100 euros. TIt seems that they have a very strong process for these cases. They probably don't  want  people to see too many Garmin broken watches. In my case, no other solution could give me the same result (i.e. a new watch) for a very appropriated price.

Oh man - sorry to see that damage.  It's painful just looking at it.  Thanks for the update - glad to hear Garmin took care of you.  I'm the (weird) type of person that wouldn't be able to live with the scratches.  I'd end up buying a whole new watch at full price.  I know, weird.  I'm the same way with cars.  Although I wouldn't be buying a new car again, but if my new car gets a door ding - I don't even want to wash it anymore. 

How much did they charge?  Just curious.

I was still under warranty, but the damage is not normally covered by the warranty, which is understandable, I paid 190 EUR for a new replacement

wouldn't call that totally destroyed. there is still more surface to damage :D

Half the price of the watch for a bezel ouch!
