Alpha 9.22 update for EPIX2/FENIX 7 series released.
I feel like there's plenty of people not on the Alpha boards and don't fancy risking some of the potential issues by installing it on their watch but are still interested in what's coming. Ultimately,…
I really like the new version, especially the way tracks are displayed on the watch. Much easier to recognize.
I created a few more pictures.

I really like the new map!
Yes, i agree with you and i said similar stuff in previous threads few weeks ago but sometimes your answers look a bit rude and pointless discussions arise while keeping the thread on the top of the forum
I'm none to tell you what to do and how to do it but an answer like the one that you just gave me or "So what? It’s not a public release." are a bit different and the second one doesn't look nice for a random user.
Compared to the first releases we are improving considering that for 9.22 we got only one thread instead of 3-4 of them and it's not bad to have one of them just as a reminder for people that didn't turn on the notification on the beta one or for people that are just curious as henleybailey wrote.
With that said, i'm ending this short offtopic
This attitude towards the “casual” reader of this forum is why I stopped reading this forums posts.,I am not considered an “insider”. That’s the mentality and vibe I get from some of these comments. BTW, I’ve used Garmin watches since 2013 and USED to be very active on this board.

That is nice…and probably solves the only real issue I have with navigating.
However, what’s the difference between a track with black bordered white arrows and one white bordered black arrows?
Is it a configuration option, or is one indicating something different to the other?

Yes, I changed it know so I always get the white arrows.

Now its perfect for me! Wonder why they didnt do it earlier...
Umm. I’m on 9.15 alpha and it says software up to date… so is checking that on the Watch pointless then…?

You'll have to download and install alpha versions manually.
Ok thanks. Is there some dedicated webpage that gets updated when new alpha versions drop like with the betas? The only way I find the new alphas is to just Google search “garmin epix alpha” and then scroll through all the posts and see if any are higher than whatever version I’m on now.
