i have problem with the indoor walk calculation

hi guys ..

i have a problem with my new epix2 watch .. when i use the walk and i walk indoor exercise and especially raise up my hand it did not calculate the distance and the pace .. just calculate the steps and by the way i switch off the gps and when i am use my apple watch its give me everything perfectly .. how i could sole this problem and i am really disappointed with this issue

Have you measured and set a custom stride length within the Garmin Connect app? (Settings > User Settings > Custom Stride Length)

Entering the true stride length would be the best, of course Read the details how to do it in the document Improving the Step Distance Accuracy of My Garmin Outdoor Watch (see the paragraph Setting Custom Stride Length), or consult the user manual for your watch to get even more specific instructions.

However, the watch will still need to detect your steps correctly, to get the indoors walk distance accurate. Let the hand swinging naturaly, when you walk. If you cannot do it for some reason, consider wearing the watch on the ankle, or using the HRM-Pro chest belt
