In the load menu I can see my training load in 4 weeks at a time but the name of the bar is said 7 days load. Am I missing something here?

356 is the amount of the load for the latest 7 days while the graph is collecting your 7-day load over a month(each white dot is your 7day load).

I use this to see how my overall fitness levels are improving based on how the optimal band (the green band) is trending. Ideally your 7 day load averages should be within the band but will pop out (above/below) occasionally.
Your current low 7DL score isn't an issue as due to the previous weeks where you had a massive bump in intense activity. Expect the green band to trend down if you don't do a similar level in the current week.
Thanks for your interesting input. I have had Garmin a long time and I am 50 years old now. I am really trying to run more constantly and for long term health reasons. I really like all the feedback I get from this watch and hope for more to come :)
