When I sync in Garmin Express, it has many "biometrics data" items - what are they?

As the title says, when I connect my Epix 2 to Garmin Express, it says it needs to sync "biometrics data".

It does this when I haven't used the watch for awhile.

What is this "biometrics data" it wants to sync?

Weight mostly, body fat if you have Garmin scale, etc. things like HR and RHR are on the watch, but are being sent back to GCM.

Well, it looks like these are coming FROM Garmin Connect, not from the watch.

What could possibly be on Garmin Connect that isn't on the watch?

I have 2 Garmin devices - do metrics from one watch get populated onto the other watch?

Weight. It’s a key metric for some performance calculations

Yes, with True Up. RHR, Sleep etc.
