After today's update of Garmin connect (android) no weather is shown only "waiting for data". I have tried to uninstall Explore app, but nothing works. A bit tired of bugs now or actually most tires of Garmin's lack of will to solve the bugs.

I have the same problem, but on iPhone 12 pro max. No, restart dont helped, and after firmware update to 8.37 it still does not work. "Waiting for data"
Are you running the new iOS 16 beta?
You are only able to set this on the phone (not on the watch):
On you phone open the connect app - menu - settings - user settings - weather location.
tick fixed location and then set your fixed location…
try rebooting watch and phone. Normally fixes the issue.
I also find that setting a fixed location, rather than relying on gps location works best too.

Same issue with my brand new Epix since the update to 8.37
Same problem, 8.37 Epix 2. Weather worked some days after purchasing and stop working. Even widgets work and load info, but not weather. Support ask try workout on street with enabled GPS, and restart phone and watch. Trying to set city on Connect app. Nothing helped. Developers in Garmin poor. This bug as i see exist several years and not fixed yet.
have you tried setting it to fixed location rather than running it via whatever is your current location?
Yes, it not helped
Same since 2 days, i use now on a 3rd party watch face, open weather , but a bit weird i have to rely on a 3rd party and not on garmin itself :( i have iphone 13 pro max, and ofc all software is up to date.
Also: HOW to set a fixed location for garmin weather ???????
