Hi all,
I usually do a long meditation before sleeping. What I noticed yesterday is that the watch thought I went to sleep soon after I started meditating but I wasn't sleeping. Any ideas on how to correct for this? One that comes to mind is to simply take the watch out but that wouldn't allow me to track my heart and breathing while I'm meditating. I checked for a meditation activity that my tell the watch I'm not sleeping yet but none are available
Any thoughts?
