Power based run Workouts and FTP

QQ: When native running power arrives on Epix, will it be possible to MANUALLY update the FTP?

Today - I plan my workouts on intervals.icu, which works really well in conjunction with a RunPowerWorkout screen and Stryd Zones data field displayed in one of my standard data screens.

If and when my FTP updates on Stryd, I manually tweak the value in intervals.icu, and my training plan remains valid (because its all based off either Power Zones or %FTP values, rather than absolutes).

Whilst I'm between races, I want to try some of the Garmin Training Plans (not the adaptive 'Coach' programmes, the 'Self-Guided' ones), to see how they go, with the aim of tweaking my own plans (it would be REALLY good if we could create our own Training Plans inside Garmin, as opposed to just Workouts) - and I've noticed that the native Run workouts now include the ability to specify Power (absolute or zone based, but unfortunately not %FTP).

Now, I see the Workouts in the plans only really use 'Easy', 'Recovery', 'Marathon', 'Threshold', 'Warm Up' as designators (I've only looked at the marathon plans), which map pretty cleanly to

Zone 1 = Warm Up / Cool Down
Zone 2 = Easy / Recovery
89% of FTP / High Zone 2 = Marathon
Zone 3 = Threshold

(and Zone 4 would be intervals)

So - it would be pretty simple for me to quickly jump into the Workouts for the upcoming week and tweak them to include Intensity Targets based on Power Zones...EXCEPT...the Zones seem to be defaulted around an FTP of 200W, and I can't see how to change this FTP value...in GC, under User Profile there are Zones for Cycling and Ski-ing, but thats it. Does a running profile for Power appear in this area on the 955/255 watches (and will appear for Epix shortly?).
