Button often does not respond

Hello,

does anyone else have the problem that you have to press a button very hard to make it respond?

This is the case with my lower left button, when I press it several times so that it reacts haptically, often nothing happens.

It was one of the first watches, I bought it as soon as it came out. It is also affected by the spongy button problem.

Mine are a mix of spongy and clicky. Support tell me that it's as designed although they were unable to tell me which buttons on my watch should be clicky and which should be mushy...

Yes the usual. I'm curious if anyone else answers -> it's another serial error, or just ne exception

Yep. Just ignore me.

I tend to ignore people repeatedly asking the same question because they can't be bothered to search. Most of the time, if people did search before posting they find they are not the first to ask the question. Very much the case with the tactile feel of buttons which has been asked on virtually all watches going back years including the Epix/F7.

But every now and then, when I'm having a bad day I just feel the need to say something obvious.

Hi, I have the same problem with the up-menu button. When I press it lightly, like the other buttons, sometimes it doesn't work, I have to push it harder... The button has like two steps, you can feel it when you slowly let it back after pressing it. I've had the watch for about a month now.

We do not have any information that there is a design or global problem with any particular device.
