Hi all,
I'm using those 2 modes for crossfit but when you press the lap button it goes to a rest interval !
Pretty useless when you just want to count sets and there is no rest between them
any way to do that ?

yes but I have to put number of reps, type of exercice etc
that's a mess
You can create workouts without having rest intervals. I'm not into strength or HIIT training, but I have just created a training consisting of a warm-up, 2 exercises and a cool down. The 2 exercises are repeated twice. In between there is no rest interval. Worked like a charm. Maybe I misunderstood your use case?
Yes, you would have to enter a number of reps and the type of exercise, but this makes your life easier because you don't have to enter reps and weight after each lap, like you'd have to do in a free workout.
You could choose some non-descript exercise like "cardio", or "plyo" or "run". For the reps, you could choose to enter either a very large number and have the watch detect the reps, or turn off rep detection and enter just one rep.
Since you are only interested in counting sets, this seems like the closest solution for your goal.
