Calendar widget/glance bug (says that the event is tomorrow, but it's actually 2 days away)

The calendar widget is showing event "Tomorrow" but the event is couple of days away. See pictures below:

So today is May 21st. My next calendar event is on the May 23rd:

But the glance is saying that it's happening tomorrow (which it is clearly not since tomorrow is 22nd of May). Am I the only one with this issue?

I hope Garmin fixes this in the upcoming updates.

UPDATE (22.5.2022):

So this is one day after the post. It's 22nd of May and the widget is showing "No events", but when I click on it it shows the event for 23rd of May.

Here are the pictures:

  • I get the same thing I think the issue is the widget assumes everyone in the world lives in USA so it shows the event for the day in the USA even though that's not the day in my country

  • I hope Garmin fixes this in the upcoming updates.

Avoid hope. Contact Garmin Support and report.

  • What is the underlying calendar driving that event?

Running google calendars and not seeing anything like that on 11.28

  • O365, Garmin support are looking into the issue now, I’ll report back for others.

I have noticed the following today since doing a factory reset at the request of Garmin support:

events widget shows yesterdays events until lunch time then shows todays events

morning report has started showing at 5pm although this has only just started happening

if you scroll down to the widget from the clock face then it shows yesterdays date and events , if you click on the widget it shows todays date, but yesterdays events.

that all comes right at lunchtime.

yesterday the morning report came up in the morning but with the day before events.

It’s  like the widget is confused and 12 hours out.

will report back for the benefit of others when GS have some feedback

  • Did you find a solution for this issue? I’m seeing the same problem. Both my personal calendar and the Garmin coach calendar show the first event as tomorrow (wrong) on the glance but show day after tomorrow in details (correct). BTW, I live in the USA, so that theory that my other countries are the only ones to see this bug must be wrong. Thanks!
