Not sure you can delete factory watch faces, How did you delete it?
I suspect what happened is that you changed the layout, so you now can't see it. Technically there are only probably 4-6 actual watch faces, which then have around 6-8 different layouts.
Try going to very first watch face, then go down to next, then go to the next one. Then press start and go to layout, Make sure its the very first layout. Is that now back to this watch face?
