This. All I want is Top Active North America and Central Europe maps. Yesterday I wanted to add Central Europe to the watch. However when I try to install it fails every time. Before I tried, I had all the golf maps (I don't golf and don't need them) and many other regions. Took up a lot of space obviously. Before I tried to install Central Europe, I unchecked a lot of the other maps in Garmin Express that I don't need. Then after doing so, it seemed to show over 50% of free space. Then it tried to download and immediately fails.
Any tips on how to get this to work? I'm thinking I'll gave to manually delete unneeded maps when using 'My Computer' to get into the Garmin folder and find 'stuff there.' Yes or no? I'm sure I'm not the first to have this issue so there must be a fix maybe someone did here in the forums.
