Epix 2 comparison of (single band GPS vs multi band)

I did run comparison in forest month ago and I can say that difference is hardly visible. Both modes give very good results. Multiband only slightly better. For me no reason to enable. It might be more useful in big buildings, city, I don't know, but in forest regular more is so good that I can't image better results;)

Instant Pace for VO2Max / Performance status is less unrealistic if you run under trees / in urban canyons.

You'll only see a difference in difficult areas. Definitely better in wooded areas or in tree lined roads.

Judge by yourself but, personally, i find the multiband more accurate. I have to do other tests in more complicated areas.

I'll post other tests in future.

I do not know if this is visible or not but here is a hike through slot canyons.  For the first third I had all satellites and you can see where the watch struggled a bit.  I turned on multi band about 1/3 of the way through as I had forgotten about it. The track is quite clean in the second slot canyon. Slot canyon run
