Is there a way to get the metronome be heard through headphones?

I would like to use the metronome to work on my running cadence at higher paces, but I didn't find a way to get the metronome sounds to go through the headphones, whether connected to the phone, or connected directly to the watch.

The beeps are king of low to be heard from the watch, and the vibrations are not really helpful when there is a lot of hand/arm movement.

Did anybody find a way to make the metronome go through the earbuds?

Thank for the suggestion. I have in fact one of those, but it is not as flexible as changing the metronome settings. I am wondering why the metronome sound is not available through earbuds.

I think it runs off the watch's internal speaker, so not connected to anything else - suppose they could do this via software going forward. Might be worth suggesting as a software feature change.
