Availability of Epix 2

Hi,

I’ve been waiting for the Epix to be available and the date keeps extending. Does anyone have any advice or updates on when stock is due in the UK?

Despite 5-8 week listing on the Garmin site, I ordered on a Monday morning and had received it by Wednesday morning. Suspect times listed are worst case, and it could just be a bit of luck as to when you receive it. I do think they are giving their own orders priority.

I think you were just lucky i order over a month ago, and i just got an email with new delivery date mid may

So you ordered directly with Garmin? I started there and cancelled and reordered elsewhere as lead-times were shorter

Same here - just went to Amazon, the particular model I was after has been available with 24 or 48hr delivery since the first week of availability and still is.

The price has equalised now, but they were also selling about £25 less than going direct to Garmin, which I found odd!

REI just showed it available, but was gone before I could completed the order. has happened twice so I guess it is just luck if you see it in time.

yes - UK Garmin. Wasn't overly worried if it did come in 5-8 weeks - really wasn't an issue for me.

Every other company was offering the same lead time, so just made more sense to go with Garmin.

There was one company which had 1 white sapphire epix, but don't like white case, prefer black on black.

Possibly lucky.
