I've had this $1000 watch for a month and already there are major hardware issues with it. After I went for a bike ride using the watch to broadcast heart rate to my Garmin Edge 530 head unit, I powered down the Edge and then proceeded to press the start/stop button to end the heart rate broadcast. The button did not work and then several other buttons stopped working as well (up and down). The exact same thing happened a couple weeks ago but resolved itself within a few hours. This time it seems to be permanent and the start/stop button does nothing even after multiple hard resets and "soft" power downs. I don't know why I keep buying Garmin products. I've had many problems with my Edge 530 also. It's just so inexcusable.
