TopoActive Europe West (and East and Central)

So I'd like to use the Map Manager from the watch if possible, BUT...it only allows to select the TopActive Europe map..(ie - ALL of Europe)....which after a sloooow download leaves less than 2GB space for any other Topo map areas.

In Garmin Express you can select the sub-region of West, East or Central Europe to download, instead of the whole Europe area, which leaves plenty of space to load other regions alongside in advance should you know you're going to be visiting.

So the question then is...will the Map Manager get access to European sub-regions at some point - or do I need to continue to manage my maps and their updates using Express only?

Actually...so having deleted all the maps so there was sufficient space to download the WHOLE Europe region from the MapManager (took 4hrs!), I then deleted that map, went back to Express, selected the EuropeWest region again, downloaded that.

Now, back in MapManager, it doesnt refer to West in the title of the Europe map, but looking at the size its obvious its downloaded just the West region (+ that known extra file) - and 'no update is showing'.
....so I think it is possible to use MapManager to keep sub-regions updated, BUT, you have to first select that sub-region in Express, as MapManager only gives the top level regions as an option when selecting to add a new region.

Only Garmin knows. But it would be a good idea, if the MapManager would have the same regions download possibility as Express; especially because the MM download of larger maps takes forever...And the MM should be able only to display the downloaded region name, instead of the name of the whole map (which isn´t downlaoded to the device).
