Epix 2 Screen Turns Off After 1 second

Once a day or once every two days my Epix screen starts to turn off after 1 sec of using the wrist gesture.

Sometimes it helps to turn off and on always on display via Garmin Connect.

Sometimes it fixes after getting a message on screen.

Any other fixes? Or do we need to wait for another software update?

Same here! Did you manage to resolve it somehow?

I have to decide by today whether to return it or not and I'm not completely sure it's just a software issue.

Are you using a custom watch face? If yes - and you do not have the same issue with Garmin's faces - contact the developer of the custom face

No I'm using a standard, preinstalled, watchface.

Anyway, I found it's a very common issue with Epix 2 and Garmin is working on it.

When it happens I resolve double pressing the "light" button to switch on the "torch".
