HR zones in connect app - Not available

Despite all instruction manuals indicating otherwise, I can’t for the life of me find the HR zone settings in the Garmin Connect app or webpage.

I have an Epix 2 and I can view/change setting through the watch, but that’s it. I use a HRM Pro chest strap connected to the watch if that is at all relevant.

Anyone having a similar issue?

Same for me, 4.50. Then double check the version of your Epix. Maybe not running 7.20? They changed lots of things in the final firmware.

From Garmin Connect Web, click on device and sync status in the top/right corner (next to your profile picture) >> Device Settings >> User Settings tab. Then scroll down to the Heart Rate Zones section.

After clicking on Device settings his is all that shows up.

Must be an issue specific to the epix Gen 2. Therefore, I'm moving this thread to the epix 2 forum for better visibility.

Can you get to the HR zones in the app? Tap on the device icon >> tap epix 2 >> User Settings >> Heart Rate Zones

They are now set through GCM

It's there on my EPIX gen 2 in the Garmin Connect Mobile App for iOS, just double checked.

Just click on the watch icon in the top bar >> User Profile >> Pulse >> Zones

Maybe you are using an old version of GCM?

Must be something like that - Pulse isn’t an option in my User Profile.

Appears to be App version 4.50.
