Delivery problem

I ordered my Epix from GARMIN FR store, and the same day I received a confirmation that it has been shipped and my card was charged. The Garmin tracker showed 28 January as delivery day and showed an UPS package number.

The UPS tracking is still showing awaiting Garmin’s package with no sign of delivery today (It shows that it comes from NL).

Is it a common Garmin practice to state one thing and do the other when it comes to delivery? I messaged Garmin this morning with no response.

Is there anyone in the situation similar to mine? Just me being curious.
