I let the wrist HR run when I’m not exercising but prefer HR from the H10 otherwise. I did a treadmill workout the other day and could tell the HR was coming from the watch and not the H10 because I could see the HR (from the H10) on the treadmill, which was different than on the watch. I don’t see a way to turn off wrist HR for exercise - do I need to toggle it every time I go for a run? Also, I see two instances of the H10 on the watch, presumably ANT+ and BT, so I’m not sure if that could be an issue. If anyone has any thoughts, I’d appreciate them. Thx.
