CIQ watch face lag?

Could someone install a complex CIQ watch face, maybe GearMin 3 as an example, and then test if there is any lag when switching to the Activity list or first Widget please.

My epix hasn't been delivered yet, but I can tell you that there has been a lag with CIQ watch faces for every Garmin I have owned, and I have owned several. I can't imagine there is no lag with this one.

Well that's a first for sure. I've never seen a CIQ watch face on any Garmin that didn't have that initial lag into the widgets.

Yep, have had the Fenix 3, 3HR, 5X and now the 6X.
All exhibit that annoying lag.
I'm kinda hoping the faster CPU and newer architecture driving an AMOLED screen may overcome that lag.
I asked the same question in the Fenix 7 & Epix facebook group, someone did reply saying they dont experience any lag with GearMin 3.
Lets see if I get a few more responses.

And please let me know your experience with the Epix 2 when you receive it.

No lag here with the Glance Watch Face.

Can echo this. No lag in switching to either an Activity or Widget when using any of several complex CIQ watch faces.

Having used the Epix for over a week now I can confirm there is virtually no lag when using a complex third party watch face, and then going into the activity list or first widget.
