Not shipping until late February?

I placed my Epix 2 white sapphire order on the 19th. Thought that would be early enough but they notified me it wont ship until february. Anyone who placed an order on the 19th had it ship yet? Trying to decide if I should cancel my order.

Update 1/31 from Garmin: won't ship until March or April.

Great looking band, have a link to it? Also, it should change to 6 days once you update the firmware on the watch.

Yeah that’s the trade off but I have 6x Pro with standard glass and it doesn’t have a mark on it. Plenty of room with the 16gb as you don’t need all the maps. And the multiband gps isn’t a deal breaker…

You are correct. It is STARK BRIGHT WHITE. What I will say is, if you are handy, the band cut was not a big deal and the white on the body mostly disappears with a more interesting band. I expect that same would be true with a quick connect band and a color

Well coincidentally, Fleet Feet is about a ten minute drive from me, even though I've never been there. I wanted to order from Garmin for the 20% discount, but I may have to cancel my order and check out Fleet Feet.

Hey guys, I just found a Epix 2 Saphire in stock in one of the camera stores in Brooklyn, NYC. Picked mine up today in person. Asked them, they still have 5 units in stock. It's focuscamera.com

They also sell via Walmart market place, so when you look up epix 2 at walmart.com you should see it and should be able to order via walmart as well.

FWIW, I received a shipping notification from Garmin today for a 19Jan order of the black sapphire.

After my order I received an email that it’d be a mid-March delivery so I’m surprised it’s scheduled to arrive this Thursday.

Garmin seems to be very chaotic with actually selling their stuff.

Mine (garmin Germany) was due to be shipped yesterday. Upon asking today, they told me they can't ship anything right now and can't even determine a definite shipping date.

Edit: After receiving above information yesterday, they shipped my watch today. It seems like they really have no clue what will go out when... Or they only ship it after you ask? ;)

I just got a shipping notice! I had placed my order on January 20 and eventually got an email last week telling me it wouldn't ship until mid-March. I've been going back and forth with Garmin in emails because they already charged my bank for the purchase and I wasn't happy about shelling out that kind of money and not getting my purchase for two months. They said it was because I paid with PayPal but I've never known PayPal to do that. So I persisted in asking them to reconsider prioritizing my shipping since they already had my money and they listened and shipped it out today! So if you are in the same boat, email them and kindly ask them to reconsider if you've also already paid. Can't wait to get it!

yea, I also got $200 off the watch. And I sold my 945 to help pay the rest. I'm keeping my 6S sapphire as my backup watch.
