I had battery saver turned on for sleep.
It's not that you had Battery Saver turned off for sleep that was the problem. It's that you did not edit it so that WHR remains on (Do Not Change…
I am having the same issue. Slept with my Epix 2 on the last two nights and no sleep data was recorded. I have set my sleep times at 11pm to 6am.
This is frustrating. I cannot find any instruction for…
Well found my fix. I had battery saver turned on for sleep. Turned it off and last night was tracked.
Great tip. Makes sense to disconnect from bluetooth/WiFi at night but still track WHR (and Pulse Ox).
I see the same as Tangmu;
Have had the watch for two nights; sleep recorded and available on the watch on both mornings, but sometime during the day it dissappears and the sleep widget only says no data.
Data is still available in the connect app.
First night and no sleep data on watch in "glance". and not in GC on my android phone. Using the sleep schedule, do not disturb, and battery saver off. I could, on my phone, manually add sleep data and it added 7 hours (which is the schedule timeframe) but did break it down to 1h 36 deep, 4h 46 light, awake 38 min. Did calculate Respiration 9brpm sleep avg.
Unsure why not displaying the data.
Will see if this resolves for night 2. I read that you should have 2 good hours wearing the watch before sleep records, so maybe giving it a day of normal activity will do the trick.
Screen capture shows it was tracking heart rate overnight, just not recording as sleep.
I too had this issue
My issues resolved for night 2...
Night 2 did the trick. I was hopeful a full normal day would prepare the watch to define sleep. Night one I received the watch mid-day and so only a few hours before sleep. All settings for sleep were as the watch arrived with scheduled sleep times and do not disturb and no battery saver set.
I think keeping battery saver off will be the fix.
Really, this watch gets 5 or 6 days before it needs to be charged, I do not really see battery saver as something that anyone needs to use outside of losing your charger and waiting for a new one to arrive
Where did you turn on whr? I have found different saver modes, but which one is related to suspended at night?
Thanks!
Sensors and accessories to turn WHR on. Default in Battery Saver mode is off but needs to be set to Do Not Change for sleep to be recorded.
In sensors and accessories I have WHR in automatic, and it did not record any sleep. I have checked in saver mode and it is off. I have turn it to no modify and will check tonight. Then, can I turn on back saver mode in suspended mode?
