Who has questions?

I'm lucky enough to have ordered the epix this morning and have it shipped today. I live about 45 min from the Olathe HQ and will have my watch in hand tomorrow when i get off work.

I"m upgrading from an instinct and approach S62 but my wife also have a forerunner 45s if anyone wants anything compared.

I've also had many forerunners and approaches in the past so I'm pretty familiar. And if you really want me to go crazy, I have an inreach mini (without an active subscription) that I could pair and play with if anyone wants too.

My EPIX is missing the Health Statistics widget, it had several widgets grouped under one: HF, Body Battery. How is it with you`?

I read somewhere that BB remains missing as a datafield option :( can't confirm though.

Hi Francisco - My interest is how long the the battery lasts. I know Garmin says 6 days always on / 16 with gesture, but am interested in real-world stats. Rainmaker said he averaged ~6 days in his testing with always on.

I currently use a Fenix 6 Pro, ConnectIQ watch face, smartphone notifications, HR 24/7, no Pulse Ox, battery saver at night and get ~8 days of battery life. Will be curious to see how yours does, see what the daily drop is and if the shower-charging tactic offsets the daily drop.

Hi,

1. the device load also slow as a snail on the old style usb cable?
2. Is that "syncing" between the Watch and Gamin Connect faster than that with the F6?

I hate that cable. Since i buy the F6 it fit so god. I get a new from garmin but that also, if the watch lay down flase, disconnects and so on. Load the battery need so much time.

I didn’t have the Fenix 6 so can only compare to my instinct and approach s62.

1- I haven’t had any issues but also haven’t tried to use the cable for any transfers yet

2-I haven’t really noticed a change in sync time yet. There is more data being transferred now so it’d make sense for it to be slightly slower
