After wearing the watch to sleep at least three times, you can view you average nightly skin temperature deviation from your normal body temperature in the Sleep section of the Garmin Connect
app. The more you wear your watch to sleep the more accurate your baseline temperature will be.
Open the Garmin Connect app.
Select More (lower right corner).
Select Health Stats.
Select Sleep.
