Enduro 3 headphones issues

Major issues with Enduro 3 connection to headphones. They connect but playback is continuously breaking up.

I have tried everything...repairing, wearing the watch on my other wrist, unpairing the headphones from all other devices, etc. I have even tried other headphone brands and the same issue persists.

Contacted Garmin SA and even they could not assist.

This is my 3rd Garmin watch and paid a lot of money for it, but seeing as basic features doesn't work it might be my last.

Hi, what is your model of headphones ?

Are they working before, with your 2 firsts models of Garmin ?

Don't let anyone come on here and tell you that their headphones are working great and you should buy some new headphones. It's true that most brands of headphones DO NOT work with the enduro 3. I actually bought 6 pairs off of Amazon and none of them worked, the music was choppy and freeze constantly. I finally went out and spend way too much money on some shokz open run 2 headphones that actually work without fail, but I had to spend almost $200 to get it to work... Bottom line, Garmin's Bluetooth chip is faulty and they know it, but don't care to do anything about it... I'm hoping at some point we can gather the troops for a recall on the product to get it fixed....

Maybe we can try to help 4868609 before you come here and resume the story by your own experience.

Sometimes problems are different, yes it's possible, then some informations are needed to identify the problem.

And maybe confirm your statement, but for the moment nobody knows..
