Enduro 3 faulty part of the touch screen

Hello everyone,

I just bought the Enduro 3 last sunday and found out that  part of the touch screen is faulty. When I want to input my username thru the menu, letters ABC do not work as well as number 1 and symbols in that area. When in qwerty mode, letter A does not work. Also if you are in a standard mode and try to open the given option on the watch by pressing and holding on that area, it does not work as well.

Can anyone try this and let me know if it works for them?

    Hi Tomas

    I just tried this on my Enduro 3 and all letters seem OK on mine.

    Firstly check for software updates:

    Hold the middle left button, then select Watch Settings: System: Software Update

    Once that is done,  either with a software update, or or telling you there are no updates it would be worth trying a soft reset (this doesn't delete any settings or data)

    Hold the top left button until the watch turns off fully, then hold it again to turn it back on again.

    If that doesn't work, try a full factory reset.

    Hold the middle left button, then select Watch Settings: System: Restore & Reset: Reset: Delete data and Reset Settings (BEAR IN MIND that this will delete everything and factory reset the watch)

    Hi,

    I have tried all the steps you mentioned thru the garmin support recommendations. Nothing worked. I had to return the watches and now I am waiting for the local Garmin service to make a decision...

    I would have thought that would be a hardware fault, fixed with a swap to a replacement watch personally. Hopefully they get you sorted quickly!
