Live Track not connected Mesage

Since the latest update my Enduro 3 continues to give me a message “LiveTrack not connected”. I do not have a current activity running on my watch.

    I am sorry to hear you are having this issue. If LiveTrack is not working, there are a few initial steps we would recommend. 

    • Be sure the watch is on the latest SW version using Garmin Express…

    I am sorry to hear you are having this issue. If LiveTrack is not working, there are a few initial steps we would recommend. 

    • Be sure the watch is on the latest SW version using Garmin Express.
    • Be sure the phone OS and the Connect app are both up to date as well. 
    • If the watch is not paired and syncing successfully with Connect, I would try these steps: 
    1. Remove the watch from the Connect app
    2. Ensure the watch does not appear in the phone's Bluetooth menu. If it is, please remove the device
    3. Powercycle the watch and phone. To do this, hold the Light button until this shuts off. Then power on again
    4. Reinstall the Connect Mobile app
    5. Try the pairing again ( Be sure there are no other Bluetooth enabled device nearby)

    If this is appearing when not trying to use LiveTrack, I would first try a hard reset on the watch. For this, hold the Light button until the watch shuts off, as opposed to selecting power off. Then power this on again.
