In November I was injured and not training and my chronic load bottomed out at 176. No big deal I thought; maybe their algorithm has a floor to it.
But I’ve now accumulated 9 activities in the past 9 days or so and my chronic load hasn’t budged at all. It’s still 176.
I know chronic load is a weighted average of the past 30-40ish days, so my average is still mostly low. But it not changing at all is definitely not correct because prior to my injury I could see each activity’s effect on the chronic load. It would move up if I worked out the previous day and move down if I didn’t. Now it just doesn’t react at all.
Ideas?
