Can’t find ftp test

I am trying to test my bike FTP but cannot find ftp test under bike training. I am using 12.2.

With the latest software update, there were some improvements made to FTP. With this improved feature, the need for a guided test is no longer required. By completing a cycling activity that includes power data, if your FTP is detected you will be notified when saving the activity. So the test was removed.

but the auto ftp is way too high for me. and I am trying to set manually, but the training plan still using the auto ftp one.
