Mine is recording intensity minutes as usual. It recorded 56 minutes of moderate yesterday while I tracked a walk activity

Are you sure you actually had any intensity minutes during the past 5 days? Did you try doing a workout today and see if it logs?

The distance is unimportant. What plays the major role is the number of minutes your HR is above ~150% of the 7 days average Resting HR (unless you configured the IMs to use HR zones instead). Post the screenshot of the all-day HR, the 7 days avg RHR value, and the IM graph for given day, and let us look whether there is something wrong or not.
Did you start/stop/save your workout as an "Activity"?

I'm not wasting my time with all that. Been using Garmin watches for years. Suddenly, intensity minutes stopped recording five days ago. While my daily workouts vary every day... I hit my thresholds. Yes... it varies every day. Suddenly, flatline and nothing.
Saving an activity is unimportant too. It is the ratio between HR and RHR that decides whether any Intensity Minutes are awarded or not. Without you posting the requested data, it is impossible to tell whether you should have get any or not.

I know how it works, and I know how to read the manual. I posted the question, because it suddenly stopped working, as it should be working... per the manual.
My question was not for help. My question asked if anyone else was having an issue. One person seems to have understood that question.
This pattern repeats itself every week for years. Last week, with me doing NOTHING different than I have done for years... it flatlines. And, yes... I ran every day.
